What You Can Do at Gran Cocina

• Launch and grow your business: If you are an entrepreneur, Gran Cocina will guide you through obtaining your ServSafe certification, promoting your business and supporting your credit needs for chef or cooking school.
• Host a community meal in our space: You can preserve food from your gardens, cook food for your events and much more.
• Use the space for meetings or educational purposes
• Join us for culinary events, workshops, and mutual aid, like Sopa Sábado (free soup for the community)
• Be a part of a collective movement for a people- and planet-centered economy.

Pricing Information

• Food truck vendors: Includes a one-time $50 membership fee. There is a $200 monthly fee for cooking at Gran Cocina and includes the use of the dry shelf, storage, refrigerator and freezer.
• Catering: Includes a one-time $50 membership fee plus $100 monthly for use of storage, fridge and freezer.
• Kitchen and Space Rentals: $30 per hour for kitchen rentals or use of the space for meetings and events.
